This site sets no cookies
Not for analytics, not for advertising, not for sessions. You can confirm it in your browser's developer tools: the cookie store for this domain stays empty as you browse and after you submit the contact form.
That is why there is no cookie banner. A consent prompt for cookies nobody sets would be theatre.
What we store instead
One value, in your browser's local storage, under the key theme. It records whether you chose light or dark, so the site does not flash the wrong one next time you visit.
- It holds one word: light or dark.
- It never leaves your browser and is never sent to us.
- It identifies nothing about you.
- Clearing your site data removes it, and the site keeps working.
Storage that only remembers a display preference you set yourself is strictly functional, so it does not require consent.
No third parties
The site loads no external scripts, no iframes, and no externally hosted fonts, so no third party is in a position to set anything in your browser through this site. Cloudflare serves the site and may process your IP address to do so, which is covered in the privacy policy.
Changes
If this ever changes, this page changes first, and a consent mechanism would be added before any non-essential storage was introduced.
