Privacy policy
Last updated 15 September 2026
This policy covers the atherops.com website only. Work carried out under a signed engagement is governed by that agreement.
Who we are
AtherOps is operated by ATHEROPS PTY LTD [registered name to be confirmed] (ABN [ABN to be confirmed]), of Sydney NSW 2000, Australia. For anything in this policy, email [email protected].
What this site collects
One thing: what you type into the contact form. Nothing else on this site collects information about you.
- First name and last name
- Email address
- Company, if you enter one
- Which service you selected, if you selected one
- Your message
- The time you submitted it, and which page CTA you arrived from
Every field except the ones marked required is optional, and nothing is pre-filled from anywhere else.
What this site does not collect
- No analytics and no tracking. There is no Google Analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no session recorder and no heatmap tool anywhere on this site.
- No cookies. This site sets no cookies at all. See the cookies policy.
- No third-party embeds. No iframes and no externally hosted scripts. Fonts are served from this domain.
- No accounts. There is nothing to sign up for.
Where your enquiry goes
The contact form takes a short, specific path:
- Your browser posts it to an endpoint on this domain, hosted by Cloudflare.
- That endpoint checks the fields, then forwards them to our own self-hosted automation server, which we operate on our own infrastructure.
- That server sends us a notification so we see the enquiry and can reply.
Your enquiry is not sold, rented, or shared for marketing, and it is not used to build a profile or added to any list you did not ask to join.
Your IP address
When you submit the form, our endpoint reads your IP address to limit how many submissions one source can send in a short window. It is used for that check and nothing else. It is not written to a database and not forwarded with your enquiry. Cloudflare processes your IP to deliver the site, as any web host must.
Why we hold it
To read your enquiry and reply to it, and to keep a record of the conversation if it turns into work. That is the only purpose.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted once the conversation is clearly finished. Where an enquiry becomes a client engagement, the records are kept for as long as we are required to keep business records. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you may ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can raise it with us first, and you may then complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only, with a content security policy that blocks external scripts, and the contact endpoint rejects oversized and malformed submissions.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
