Refunds and the 90-day guarantee
Last updated 15 September 2026
This page states the commercial terms in plain language. Where you have a signed engagement, that agreement is what governs the relationship.
The 90-day guarantee
Work with us for your first 90 days. If by the end of that period you cannot point to at least three concrete improvements in reliability, deploy speed, security posture, or cloud cost, we refund your most recent month's retainer in full.
You keep every line of code, configuration, and documentation we produced. Nothing is clawed back and nothing is withdrawn.
What it covers, stated plainly
- It applies to the first 90 days of a retainer.
- The refund is one month, the most recent one, not all three.
- The improvements are assessed against the state of your infrastructure when we started, which we record in writing at the outset so there is a shared baseline.
- Claims should be raised within 30 days of the end of the 90-day period.
Cancelling a retainer
Retainers run month to month. Either side can end one with 30 days' notice. There is no exit fee, no lock-in, and no minimum term.
Because retainers are billed for a month of reserved capacity, a month already begun is not refunded pro rata outside the 90-day guarantee.
The Infrastructure Risk Audit
The audit is a fixed-price engagement at $1,900 AUD. It is a defined piece of work with a written deliverable, so it is not refundable once the report has been delivered.
If you sign a retainer within 30 days of receiving the report, the full audit fee is credited against your first retainer month.
If we fail to deliver the report within the agreed two-week window for reasons on our side, you may cancel and be refunded in full.
Your rights under Australian law
Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where those rights apply, they operate in addition to the terms above, and where anything here conflicts with them, the law prevails.
Making a claim
Email [email protected] with what you expected and what you received. We will respond and, where a refund is due, process it to the original payment method.
